One pair 1990 vintage Cordovan wing tips, wore them first time, out of the box, to walk trade show at Chicago McCormack Place for 2 days, no break-in required. Still nearly like-new, resoled every 3-4 years. "New" pair are only 15 years old. Sadly, cannot buy these anymore but no need as will last a true lifetimeAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-330395168883278114.post-4021265981648293642022-01-13T04:55:00.427-05:002022-01-13T04:55:00.427-05:00I have read this blog post many times and drooled ...I have read this blog post many times and drooled over these 100s. I own one pair of 100s and they are nothing but gold. For those who still wants spades, you should check out Ace of spades. Real spades made in modern light and with a very high end handwelted quality.

https://www.instagram.com/aceofspadesshoes
Dandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11085066370261841974noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-330395168883278114.post-13583004910146430622020-12-26T15:39:45.766-05:002020-12-26T15:39:45.766-05:00He came here BEFORE Ellis Island. I'm not sure if that means he was originally from Northampton, but clearly he learned his craft in England before arriving at Ellis Island.Daniele Delerme Floreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07117956890414712226noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-330395168883278114.post-3483860523356211862011-03-10T14:59:08.581-05:002011-03-10T14:59:08.581-05:00Interesting post!
